About the Webinar

ACCA always strives to ensure its members are up to date and thinking ahead. Recently a ground-breaking taxation reforms package was announced with far reaching implications for the national economy. There has been massive interest in this regard and international institutions such as Moody’s have also studied it with great interest.

Four ordinances were promulgated in this regard. The knowledge of these is of extreme importance for ACCA finance professionals. Keeping in view of this, ACCA is pleased to announce taking the lead once again in organizing the following CPD session for its members.

Trainer’s Profile

Mr. Omer Zaheer Meer, FCCA is a member of the Global Tax Forum and is the Chairman of ACCA Pakistan’s Taxation Committee. He has extensive experience as a top taxation expert. He is the Managing Partner (Corporate Services) at Millennium Law & Corporate Company, an ACCA practising firm (pioneer) in Pakistan.

He is serving as Chairman Liasion Committee of Lahore Tax Bar Association for the fourth time. He has also served on the Finance, Economy and Taxation Committee of LCCI and is an advisor to several parliamentarians on taxation and economic affairs.
